Dana Baker is the Senior Director for the Mayo Clinic Complex Care Program, a customizable Centers of Excellence offering that provides access to Mayo Clinic’s high-quality, cost-effective care for individuals with complex, rare, or undiagnosed medical conditions.  
 
Dana came to Mayo Clinic in 2000. Prior to joining her current team, she worked in the Mayo Clinic Benefits department focusing on health plan design, custom networks for national member populations, retirement plans, and employee communication strategies.
 
She is passionate about collaborating with employers, payers, third-party administrators, and case management companies to increase the overall benefits value and care an organization brings to its employees.
 
Dana has a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration from Northcentral University.
